Flying to and from meetings and conferences is essential in today’s business marketplace. The reality is that if you have to sit on a plane for multiple hours before reaching your final destination or meeting point, then you want to have the best experience as possible.

JD Power recently released the 2019 North American Airline Satisfaction study that evaluated airline cost and fees, in-flight services, aircraft, boarding, deplaning and baggage, crew and check-in and reservations. Nearly 6,000 travelers flying on major US and Canadian airlines took the study and believed the below U.S. carriers to be the best:

  1. Jet Blue
  2. Southwest
  3. Alaska Airlines
  4. Delta Airlines
  5. American Airlines
  6. United Airlines
  7. Spirit Airlines
  8. Frontier Airlines

The North American Satisfaction study found that overall customer satisfaction improved and technology investments have paid off, but in-flight entertainment, food and amenities still have a long way to go.
