As there is no industry standard for how the airlines were to respond to the Covid outbreak, each determined their own approach to waivers, onboarding service, cleanliness, capacity limitations and loyalty rewards programs.  To some airlines cleaning between every flight was undertaken, when others deciding on a once a day overhaul.  Others determined 60% capacity limitation to support social distancing, while others filled to capacity.
