eProfiler is Travel Inc.'s proprietary, web-based system that provides travelers a private and secure online profile entry, change and maintenance system. Through their Personal Portal, travelers have the option of entering their profiles online and/or updating them as needed. Profile data can also be mapped to third party, client applications such as HR databases for universal updates. The system will automatically synchronize profiles on a real-time basis between the GDS and your online booking system, ensuring that call center associates have the most current traveler and company information. Profile edits made with eProfiler are updated and synchronized in the GDS and online booking tool in less than an hour.
