GTP assumes a consultative role, implementing a consolidated meetings management strategy that leverages its advanced technology position with Cliqbook Meeting along with defined policies, procedures and industry best practices to achieve savings that can range up to 25%.  GTP meeting planners provide the full range of meeting management services including:

• Cliqbook Meeting end to end technology solution that generates enormous efficiencies and savings by automating/managing the processes of registration, online booking, attendee communications, logistical management and reconciliation and close out.
• City pair pricing analysis and negotiations with airlines for meeting fares and complimentary incentive tickets.
• Airline Booking Services (full service or online) including toll-free access to dedicated group air specialists for block space management and coordination of ground transfers.
• Contract negotiations with land providers to ensure the most competitive hotel and ground transportation arrangements and maximum value add services.
• Program design, budgeting and administrative support.
• Onsite travel staff to ensure that every meeting detail is delivered successfully.
